We've Moved!!!!

Fall is here and flowers are blooming in abundance at Flowers by Michelle! You can now visit us at our new location, and we can't wait to welcome you. You will find us at 6510 N Buffalo Suite 130. We can provide flowers, plants, balloons, and gift baskets for all your celebrations. We are family owned and operated and have been serving the greater Las Vegas area for 17 years! WE'RE MOVING!!

We have exiting news! We are moving to Centennial Hills! Our new address is 6510 N. Buffalo Dr., 89131. All of us at Flowers by Michelle are so excited to work in our fresh, new location. We are easy to find, just take 95 North to the N. Buffalo/215E exit and there we are! We can't wait to show off our new look and see old friends and new neighbors. We all know that sending flowers to someone can make them happy. Research shows a positive impact to those who recieve flowers. What you may not know are how flowers can affect your surroundings and actually provide a mood boosting benefit when encountering them in your daily environment. Nancy Etcoff, PHD., of Harvard Medical school and Harvard University has conducted a study in which they found that spending a few days with flowers in the home actually increases our compassion and reduces our stress. Participants reported more kindness and good feelings towards others, less anxiety and negativity, and were happier at home and at work after spending a few days with flowers at home. Placement of the flowers was most common in kitchen, dining room and living rooms areas. To increase your exposure to flowers, place bud vases with even a few flowers in the high traffic areas of your home. Bud vases are also good for your night stand, where you will see it first thing in the morning and last thing at night. Try a bright and cheery bouquet on your kitchen counter or kitchen table. Add a small arrangment near the entry of your home. These blooms will brighten your day, and provide a positive impact upon entering and leaving your home. The next time you feel the need to send flowers, just remember the reciever could be you!
